This is a fantastic, lively neighborhood of restaurants, bars, workshops, and galleries, as well as conveniently close to Artist & Craftsman and a well-stocked hardware store. Building is very well-maintained, is full of artists and local initiatives, and has a lobby area with mailboxes and package delivery. The secure building features an easily accessible loading dock, a ramp, and 24/7 access.

The studio is completely private with a locking door in an artist suite that includes two other spaces that each have two long-term artists dividing the studios. Everyone is quiet and respectful, and we have been part of this community for many years. The suite has shared amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker) in an entry space before you enter your studio.
