Hi! We are looking for a 1 bedroom to call home. Budget is $2,600 or less, ultimately flexible on location but would love to end up in Ridgewood, Crown Heights, Bed Stuy or adjacent. We are looking for a space that is unfurnished and accepts cats (2). We love to cook so are looking for a functional kitchen, a dishwasher would be a huge bonus. We are extremely conscientious and love home making - we always take great care of our spaces and look out for our neighbors.

About us: We’re excited to be returning to NYC after years in NC, and are hoping to land somewhere we can stay a while (minimum 1 year, hopefully more). We are both in our 30’s and work in the non profit sector (social work and food justice). We love to cook, enjoy nightlife and can often be found walking around the neighborhood taking in the sights and sounds. We both have proof of income, good credit and a reference from our landlord of 3 years. We have 2 tuxedo cats that will be moving with us.
