The room:
Ideally - in a place that also has a living room, and a spot for cat to be outside a bit (fire escape outside bedroom window, small backyard, or balcony).

One that has space for a queen bed and small desk, small dresser/has a closet. Great if it is furnished!

Great walking location to trains to get to Midtown, Downtown, Astoria and Bushwick, depending where I land.

AC and Heat.
Laundry in unit or building.

Roommates: Respectful, good communicators, and clean up after themselves. Quiet late night. Great if also creative and driven like myself. One's that are cat friendly, ideal if there is another sweet/friendly cat :)

She is a really sweet, mellow, very well-behaved cat that is 4. Looks like a little tiger.

Me a roommate:
I am very considerate, responsible, and accountable. I've been told I am very quiet for others to sleep. I am tidy and clean up after myself.

I am comfortable with good communication, and bring a positive and warm presence to the places I live.
I am respectful, I love connecting with others, and at the same I respect people's space.

About me:
I am an artist and business professional. I'm a photographer, and abstract painter, and design wearable art. I'm a freelance digital marketing and business support professional. I also mentor artists on the business side of art.

I am very goal-oriented and adventurous. I also enjoy relaxing and self-care in a balance. I am sober, don't drink or do drugs, and don't judge anyone that does. I am very calm, present and grounded, and that is the kind of people I tend to attract.

For fun: I love going to art events, dancing to live music, open mics, exploring and spontaneous adventures, and quality time with the people I love.
