Hello! I am subletting my fully furnished one bedroom Apt in Thai Town/East Hollywood Los Angeles.

The location is very central, near Normandie and Sunset, with easy access to Hollywood/WeHo/Los Feliz/Silverlake/Koreatown/Downtown LA. Very close to the 101. Lots of a great restaurants within walking distance! Many supermarkets - Trader Joe's, Ralph's, Jon's, Gelson's and more - within a ten minute drive. Griffith Park is about a five minute drive away.
$2400/mo rent ($3300 for 5.5 weeks) includes the high speed wifi, utilities and parking.
The apartment is in a three story, gated building that has an elevator. My apartment is on the top floor and far away from the street, so it's very quiet.
It's a very sunny, clean corner apartment with windows on two sides. A real one bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed and a big walk in closet. Tub in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked - fridge, stove/oven, microwave (no dishwasher). Living room area with a large table. Office "nook" includes an external monitor. Living room has a comfy sectional, shag rug, and 75” TV. There's a big powerful A/C unit in the living room and two ceiling fans, one in the dining/kitchen area and one in the bedroom. A view of the Hollywood sign from the living room!

I have a lot of experience traveling for work, staying in other people's apartments and treating spaces well so I expect the same for mine.
