Hi, former New Yorker just wrapping up my first year in London! I'm a hyper-responsible, quiet professional, no kids, no pets, seeking a long-term flat (one year to start) - studio or 1 BR. Excellent tenant! Looking in the Western radius of the city - Maida Hill/Acton, out to Richmond, down to Putney/Wandsworth. All of the community I've built here is between Chelsea and Chiswick so I'd like to stay reasonably accessible to there. Budget is a scale depending on what, if any, utilities/council tax are included: 1400 GBP/month if none, up to about 1700 GBP/month if all. Ideal move in date between Dec 15 and Dec 29.
