Seeking a 1bd/studio for the month of February 2025.

I am looking for a quiet and clean space preferably in UES, UWS or LES-
But right now I’m open to all.

A place that I can rest and have a few evenings in to chill and cook a delicious dinner after long days.

Budget 3200 for the month.
My dates are slightly flexible.

I am open to renting somewhere from mid Jan to end of Feb at 100 dollars a night rate but that would be my max budget.

About This Lister

I am an Irish actress visiting NYC to work on a play. I’m going to be flat out and busy while I’m there so I’m looking for a place to rest that is quiet and clean. Big emphasis on Quiet and Clean.

I’m an advocate for keeping my home clean and taking care of it so you can trust me to uphold that with your place.

If I’m not working- I’m usually attending yoga class or Pilates and in the evening I love to go to the cinema, gigs or my favourite the theatre.

I have lived in London, Rome, Paris in the last few years- very lucky to have travelled all over the world for work.
I’m flexible with dates for the right space so please don’t hesitate to email if you have space that is available.

My budget is 3,300 monthly with slight flexibility for the right place.
