If you're looking for a peaceful and comfy apartment in Greenpoint, welcome!

Our home faces south and receives lots of sunlight throughout the day. It's nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking plus a dishwasher to make cleanup easy. For laundry, there's a washer and dryer. When you want to relax and unwind, there is a deep soaking tub facing a living plant wall. Or have a drink on the balcony, it's a quiet spot.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an eight-unit walk-up building and faces the back. The nearest subway stops are the Nassau Ave and Greenpoint Ave G train stops, each about a five-minute walk. The Bedford L train is a pleasant fifteen-minute walk away. The ferry stop on India Street is also about a fifteen-minute walk, in the opposite direction. The B62 bus stop is right down the block. Many transit options!

It's also a short walk to McCarren or Transmitter Park, with plenty of grocery, dining, and coffee spots nearby. Grumpy's, Paloma, and Edy's are all a block or two away. The recently renovated Greenpoint library is nearby, too. Oxomoco, Greenpoint Fish and Lobster, Paulie Gee's -- again, lots of options.
