Our furnished studio apartment will be available for sublet starting May 3rd, 2025 until May 13th 2025. After that it will also be available from June !st - July 7th. The may dates are perfect for someone visiting NY for the art fairs, Frieze, Nada, etc. Price is $275/night. If interested in the June dates there is a reduced monthly price of 3700.

The location is amazing, Lower East Side/Chinatown, close to everything, the best restaurants, bars, galleries etc etc. Walking distance to Tribeca, Nolita and Soho too. My favorite neighborhood in NYC, have been here for 22 years!

The apartment is a studio apt, with full kitchen and bathroom, and queen size bed, heat, AC, and high speed internet. All utilities included.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, walk-up. Faces the street (facing west) gets lots of good light during the day and direct sunlight. Our block is pretty quiet at night since there are no bars or restaurants. The place is well kept, and clean, and no smoking in the apt please.

Conveniently located in the heart of the lively lower east side/chinatown. Steps from the super trendy “Dime’s Square” and surrounded by endless restaurants of all types, bars, art galleries and museums, thrift stores, high end boutiques, book stores, record stores, grocery stores, food market, etc. . Amazing neighborhood. I can recommend lots of great places if you're not familiar with the neighborhood.

2 min walk to various subways and next to NoLita, little italy and walking distance to Soho and Tribeca Next to manhattan bridge that takes you to right to Dumbo. Very close to Williamsburg bridge too, you can walk to Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

-We are a 3 min. walk from the B,D,F, J,M trains, as well as various buses.

-There are also several parks close by, many outdoor ping pong tables as well as an amazing indoor ping pong place around the corner, close walk to the waterfront where you can take a ferry. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Target and the Essex Market are a 5 min walk.
-An easy bike ride or walk over the bridges to Williamsburg or DUMBO in Brooklyn.
-24 hour Deli on our corner.
-Laundromats on our street and around the corner
