Walking distance to the best of tribeca, the west village, the Hudson water and trail for running, tennis, biking, sunset views. Easy access to west side highway and subways - 1,2,3 and A,C,E.

Pictures show the apartment during the day and at night (hence why some pics are dark). The apartment has views east and `north and is sun-filled. There are now curtain rods and curtains on 6 windows in the living room and bedroom area. No curtains are on the 2 kitchen windows.
