This apartment is located in a quiet building with only 3 other units and features 3 walls of exposed brick, architectural timbers and huge windows which flood the apartment with natural light, in addition to my own curated selection of antique and reclaimed furniture which includes a 9 foot dining table. Roof access is also available.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator in the building

I am subletting for just the week while I will be out of town. The ideal candidate would be a respectful individual or couple on the quieter side, since one other feature of this building is that sound does carry. No parties, please. This space might be ideal for a creative or craftsperson as the large dining table and stainless steel kitchen counter and slop sink provide ample, durable workspace.

Pet friendly! But I care about my furniture so no chewers or scratchers, please. =)
