Looking for a long-term tenant starting December 1st.

≈1800 sq ft. lofted space on the water in Red Hook.

1st floor is primarily set up for wood and metal but we’ve evolved to work and accommodate various media. We are furniture makers, three furniture designers, a guitar maker, two architects. We've had ceramicists, painters and general hobbyists in the past.
2nd floor consists of personal studio areas, each about 105sqft. Many large windows facing the ocean, with a ton of natural light.
We’re attached to a large glass studio with whom we share a bathroom and kitchen and are looking for tenants who are respectful of our awesome neighbors. It's expected to clean up after oneself downstairs to allow others to use the equipment. Manage your personal space however you want. We have a good deal of storage which will be divided equally among tenants. There is free parking in the attached lot and we’re adjacent to Food Bazaar. We hope to find tenants who will be comfortable sharing space, and who will contribute to and be part of our growing cohort. We’re very fortunate to have this space and are excited to continue to grow.

Anything that needs sharpening (chisels, planes, etc.) are for personal use, not shared.
You provide your own consumables (sand paper, screws, etc.)
