I'm looking for a long term lease around $3k, near the A/C in Bed Stuy, Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, or Fort Greene. Ideal move in date April 1, but flexible 2 weeks either side.

My ideal place would be a 1 bed with lots of light, on a quiet street in a walkable neighborhood.

Originally from London, I’ve been living in Brooklyn for the last 3 years, and I work full time for an event/social tech company. I’m also a musician and ceramicist on the side. Currently I'm based in Clinton Hill, and will be moving alone (no pets).

I'm a reliable & easy tenant, and use my home as a quiet escape from the city. I work in office 4 days a week at my tech job, and spend most evenings either with friends, at the gym, or my ceramics studio.
