Looking for a sublet or room for rent in Manhattan (would even consider Bushwick, East Williamsburg, Williamsburg, greenpoint) but ideally Manhattan south of 34th Street. In a 2 or 3 bed, outdoor space would be nice! Close to a gym, washer dryer inside or in building, elevator building or low floor walk up. Furnished or unfurnished doesn’t matter. Hopefully room has enough space for a queen and a standing desk. Decent air conditioning for the hot summer.

About me: 26 year old straight male originally from NY but grew up in Miami; singer/songwriter, sailor, works in real estate, communicative, responsible, clean, respectful, great cook, love running/gym, very social and have many friends but never “bringing the party home”, 750+ credit, 120k+ income, I’m a very nice guy. Drink socially only, non smoker or take drugs.

Hopefully you: also a creative, easy going, don’t care if you smoke if it’s outside the space, love going to live shows, tidy, respectful, not nickel and diming everything/cheapening out.
