Calling all potential roommates!! 26-year-old queer man looking for someone to split a 2-bedroom apartment with my cat and I in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

Price range: I'm looking to pay less than $1,500 in rent monthly, so most of the places we're looking at would be less than $3k rent

Moving: Looking to move at start of May (but flexible earlier or later)

Location: decent access to the N or R trains, ideally closer to 7th-8th Ave than to the Belt Parkway

I'm looking for a roommate who also likes a clean house. Other queers & femmes preferred. I'm neat and usually cook 2-3 times a week. It's important that you like cats, too. My 3-year-old Siberian is hypoallergenic and very friendly; she loves to snuggle and latch onto any new person that she meets.

I work in Manhattan 4-5 days per week, so if you work from home, this would be a setup where you'd usually have the house to yourself. It'd be great to have a roommate who likes to occasionally cook together and chat but there's never any pressure. Feel free to contact if you want to chat further!
