Dates in August-September are somewhat flexible. At least 1BR with a sleep sofa, laundry, and kitchen in quiet location that is walkable to Canyon Road etc. No pets and non-smoker.. A swap with my Manhattan 1BR apartment is a possibility though I am prepared to rent your place outright.
