Hello! I hope this finds you well. I'm John, and I'm a photographer for the NYC Department of Education. I've been a photographer for 10 years and moved up here from Nashville. I'm going through a divorce and have a beautiful 2 year old daughter that lives on Long Island. Ideally I would live somewhere near the LIRR and a subway that takes me to Lower Manhattan.

I'm really just looking to save money right now. I don't need much space. It's pretty much just me, a tv, some clothes, and camera gear. I work a lot, and go visit my daughter as often as I can on weekends. Really wanting to save up for the future so I can get to a point where I can have a place that my daughter could come stay when she's a little older, and I can afford a car to go pick her up.

I'm very laid back, very clean, love good conversation. Really into music, art, exploring the city, and movies. I have a salaried position so paying my rent on time will not be a problem. It would be nice to have a space that is furnished but not a must have.
