Hello my name is Devy Yasin-Santana, I go by they/them pronouns. A little bit about me I am attending Fashion Institute of Technology I’m a first year student going into my second year. I am passionate about art, history (a combo of both) my plants, books, cooking, and baking. I keep my space clean, and I often keep communal spaces like bathroom and kitchen area clean. I am often out either studying at uni or working, so I will only really be in the apartment to relax and decompress. I am not allergic to any pets and I love any furry friends you might have! I currently work at my university’s archives and am a full time student. I am outgoing, considerate, and respectful.

Looking for a long term sublet (per month) or room to rent, my max budget with utilities is $1000. Ideally I am searching for a place with a lot of natural light, and I do not mind if the apartment does not have modern appliances.
