We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Operations & Retail Coordinator to join our team at Yarok Plant-Based Beauty in Hudson, NY. While most of our team works remotely, you’ll be the key on-site presence, working closely with the founder to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an in-person role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys multitasking.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Logistics: Handle the packing and shipping of customer orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Administrative Support: Assist the founder with day-to-day administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, organizing schedules, and maintaining records.
Retail Sales: Provide personalized service to customers visiting our showroom, helping them discover the best products for their needs.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and keep the showroom organized and well-stocked.
Qualifications
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with shipping, retail sales, or administrative support is preferred.
A passion for clean beauty, sustainability, and wellness is a plus.
