I'm subletting my beautiful, spacious 1.5 bedroom railroad apartment. It’s on the 2nd floor, fully furnished and conveniently located 4 minutes from the Forest Ave M station and 10 minutes from the Myrtle Wyckoff L. There are a ton of restaurants, cafes, and local businesses nearby, as well as several gyms and yoga studios.

This sublet is available from Dec 1-Feb 28. Earlier, prorated move in is available starting Nov 20. There is also a strong possibility to extend the sublet by 3 months thru May 2025.

I've dedicated my energy into making this apartment a peaceful, functional, relaxing space to recharge and relax. There's a large kitchen, small dishwasher, dining room, office, bedroom (full size bed), and a big living room (plus two generous closets!). Also there's a fire escape.

The neighbors in the building are kind and keep to themselves for the most part. I'm looking for a tidy, respectful person who will take care of my apartment and treat the space as their own. It's a plus if you're able to water a few of my plants.

*I’m looking for a subletter without pets, but I’ve had my cat here for the past 2 years. She will be elsewhere during the sublet period, but this may not be a good fit if you have severe allergies.*
