We are two women in our mid 20s and early 30s looking for a third roommate to fill a room in our apartment starting December 1st for a year-long lease ideally.

I work in the marketing and music world and my roommate works is a model and waitress. We're hoping to find a roommate who is respectful, drama-free, down-to-earth, responsible, considerate and tidy in shared spaces. The vibe is laid-back and friendly!

The apartment is on the fourth floor of our building and has three bedrooms total and one bathroom. The bedroom up for grabs is a good size, fits a full size mattress and has a closet. Ceilings are high! Plus there is good light.

The rest of the apartment has an open layout that includes the kitchen and living room. The windows are big and have great views that face east. Sunrises are nice. Lots of plants! More are welcome.

We're also a five minute walk to the M train!

Gas, electricity and wifi end up costing about $60-$100 a month when split. Monthly rent is $901 and security deposit is $901. There is a small application fee of $20 as well.
