I'm looking to sublet my very special rooftop apartment in Williamsburg for June, July and August. Located in a quieter side of the neighborhood near the bridge, my place has a huge outdoor patio with views of the Empire State building, a private entrance, a private bathroom with a separate Jacuzzi tub, an adjustable standing desk, and a theater-sized projection screen with surround sound and a solid vinyl collection.

The building does not have an elevator, but the main entrance is on the ground level and is key or buzzer accessible.

The apartment is a three bedroom, the first floor of which is a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. My lovely roommate occupies this space mostly, but the kitchen is available for your use. The second floor is your space, and is essentially a mini-penthouse on the roof with a wide open space for living, sleeping and working, as well as a massive bathroom with shower and separate Jacuzzi. Windows on one side, a huge skylight above, and french doors that lead outside mean this space gets absolutely basked in sunlight. The roof itself is private to the apartment, but shared with my roommate. I've installed blackout curtains that provide privacy should you need it. A large in-wall AC unit keeps it cool. A private entrance accessible via the roof means you can avoid the spiral staircase inside if you prefer.

There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement and plenty of neighborhood laundromats. I try to keep the place tidy. You must be LGBTQ+ friendly.

Rent includes internet and utilities. Near to the JMZ, L & G trains and even closer to the bridge if you like to bike. Let me know if you or anyone you know is interested!
