One room in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor (walk-up) just off McGolrick Park is available for rent!
The bedroom receives a lot of natural light, is spacious and unfurnished. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished but if you have common room items or furniture you'd like to move in let's talk! we'll figure out how to make space or I can move mine out.
Our bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so lots of privacy. We have a dishwasher, compost & recycle (landlord keeps it neat and clean out front), clean regularly, and have a good relationship with our landlord.
The neighborhood is great! We have a park across the street, grocery store a block away, and several good restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within a 5 minute walk.
About This Lister
I'm Sarah (she/her) and am a late 30's professional. I work in person and am your typical friendly introverted extrovert - an active social life and happy to catch up but tend to like quiet time at home.
When I'm not working I'm usually riding my bike, cooking, visiting family, or just out and about with friends. I like keeping the space relatively neat and clean regularly.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
I'm a current tenant (have lived in this apartment since 2021) and have a good relationship with our landlord.
Rental requirements
Requirements include a credit check, signing the lease, and providing a security deposit (one month's rent).
Move-in is flexible, the room will be available after 2/15/2025.
