This is the top floor apartment of a stand alone house that has 4 units. This unit requires walking up one flight of stairs to get inside.

The unit has a fully furnished/stocked living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedroom is empty and would require your own furniture. The space has a parking spot behind the building as well as a washer dryer that is coin operated. The space does not have a dishwasher.

There is a park located behind the building that can be seen from the window. Your room also has a small balcony attached.

All utilities are included in the price: water, gas, electric, trash and internet.

This is not my primary residence so the tenant will be alone most of the time. There is a second bedroom that is available for when I come back to town.

I am looking for someone who is chill and likes their home to be their quiet place. Landlord lives below and prefers no parties. Small gatherings okay. I am very tidy and looking for someone who will take good care of the space and keep it clean!

It is a quiet residential neighborhood 5 minute walk from Lake Merritt and 15 minutes from all the stores, restaurants and shops on Grand Ave.
