ISO of a roommate to join me in my beautiful three-floor townhouse in Studio City, starting November 15.
The apartment is a 2BR, 2.5 bath stunner with tons of sunlight and a floorplan spanning three floors.
The first floor is the living room, kitchen, dining area, half-bathroom, and a working fireplace.
The second floor hosts both bedrooms and two private baths.
On the third floor is an incredible, private rooftop, already outfitted with tables, chairs, and a grill.
Your bedroom (the only room that comes unfurnished), is the larger of the two, complete with a walk-in closet, a full bathtub/shower, and again, incredible natural light. The room could easily host a king-sized bed with plenty of room to spare.
You’d be living with me, a writer-director in her early thirties who works in both Los Angeles and New York. When I’m home, I’m either working, cooking, or watching movies. When I’m out, I love to travel, try new restaurants and bars, and, of course, go to the movies.
The apartment is $1775/month, plus utilities, which average around $50/month
The apartment comes with a parking space, plus a laundry room and a pool on the premises. There is central AC and heating.
The building is one block from Ventura Boulevard, where there are tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, clothing stores, and more! Within a five-minute drive, you can find Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, Whole Foods, Erewhon, Equinox, our local library, two public parks, a farmer’s market… and so much more!
Hi! I'm Michela (she/her), a writer-director in her early thirties who works in both Los Angeles and New York. When I’m home, I’m either working, cooking, or watching movies.
When I’m out, I love to travel, try new restaurants and bars, and, of course, go to the movies.
As a roommate, I'm clean, cordial, but also very busy with my work and social schedules. I'm happy to cook together every so often, and love the idea of co-hosting a party with a fellow roommate a few times a year.
In a potential subletter, I'm looking for someone clean and respectful who cares as much about maintaining a nice apartment as I do!
I am the current tenant who is seeking a roommate.
To sublet, you'll need first month's rent and a security deposit in the amount of first-month's rent.
The building will need to approve your tenancy based on a credit check, proof of income, and, if determined to be needed, references.
Once approved, you'll need to sign a Roommate Addendum, which confirms your willingness to follow all rules and understandings contained in the lease.
