Apartment: Looking for 1 person to rent a room available in my Crown Heights apartment! This is a 3bd/1ba apartment, but 1 room is used as an office/storage space (flexible on the use of the space). The apartment is quiet and the rooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment offering extra privacy. Great location - off of Franklin Ave, right by many bars, restaurants, and just a few blocks from the subway. The lease ends on January 31, 2026 and I'm looking for someone to rent the room preferably long term.

- Room has closet with plenty of storage in apartment
- Heat/hot water included. Internet, electric, and gas are shared.
- Much of the furniture is my roommates, so the common area will look much different. If you already have some furniture, there will be plenty of space!
- No smoking or pets in the apartment
- LGBTQ friendly.
- If interested, my current roommate may be leaving some of her stuff.
