I am looking for someone to take over the primary bedroom that I am renting. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk-up and is located in the heart of Hamilton Heights; the 1, A,C, B, D subway lines are five minutes away. Move-in date is flexible from Feb 1-end of Feb.

The apartment is a three-bedroom with a shared full bath/shower. The space is clean and the room has three large windows. One of the windows opens up to the fire escape.

There are hardwood floors throughout the apartment and the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, etc.
There is plenty of storage for your belongings and the closet is spacious. Internet is fast and the utilities are shared amongst us; electricity and internet usually run around $80 or so per person depending on the time of year.

The other two housemates are in their mid-late 30's, are professionals, and busy working throughout the week. The primary lease holder is one of the housemates and she would have you sign a sub-lease agreement with her. There is a laundry outside of the building/in the basement.

I am looking for someone that is respectful, responsible, has no pets, is working full-time and is clean/doesn't mind a monthly chore schedule.

To move in you'll need -
First Month's: $1200
Deposit: $1200
Must have good credit/check required/landlord approves.
In-person interview with housemates.
