Nestled on a hilltop with epic views in Montecito Heights. This gem has a HUGE patio with multiple sitting areas, two lemon trees, a fruitful avocado tree, a large fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, and an outdoor grill. Dining room and living room with a large kitchen bay window. AC, washer/dryer, and updated appliances. There is a short flight of stairs up to the house.

Just a quick 5-minute drive to the hikes at Debs Park or the nightlife on Figueroa. Great walking paths nearby - Google "Flat Top Park."

ABOUT YOUR SPACE:
The bedroom and converted garage can come furnished or unfurnished. Photo #2 shows the converted garage being used as a private living room. You'll share a bathroom with one roommate who is away about one week out of the month. You could use the garage door as a private entrance as well!

She's in her 40's, I'm in my 30's. She runs a successful organic food company. I am an artist and I also lead a successful online meditation program. We consider our home our sanctuary. We appreciate depth over superficiality, solitude, community, and a good home-cooked meal (we love regenerative farming practices, bone broths, and homemade ferments). We are highly positive people.
