My two roommates and I have a beautiful and cozy house right off of Franklin Ave in Crown Heights. We are 3 women in our late 20's early 30's; I am a nurse, and my other roommates work in public health and art/design. I am subletting my room while I travel this month.

The space is so nice and a rare find - it is a duplex, so the three bedrooms are upstairs and the living room and kitchen are downstairs. We have 2 full bathrooms, a big yellow kitchen, a spacious and cozy living room, and even a porch! Close to trains, buses, lots of restaurants, shops, etc., 5 minute walk to laundromat, and a 15-20 minute walk to Prospect Park.

My room has a queen size bed. We keep the space clean and tidy and like to have friends over to hang. We are a queer friendly space! And looking for a like-minded person to enjoy our home while I am away :)
