Looking for a male roommate to sublease starting February 1st. One private bedroom and bathroom. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath house. West Hollywood- Fairfax & Melrose area. I’m hoping for a long-term roommate. 1,600 a month plus utilities.

It is a duplex. There is gated parking, a big backyard with fruit trees, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, central AC and heating. The house is fully furnished but the bedroom is not. I have every kitchen appliance you can think of. I have a really good relationship with the person on the other side of the duplex and my landlord. I’ve lived in this house for three years so I care about it a lot

Looking for someone friendly, clean, and responsible. We share chores around the house and yard so someone handy would be great!
