About This Lister

I’m a busy 40 y/o professional who works most nights and weekends. I travel a bit for work as well. This apartment is ideal for someone who has a traditional “9-5” schedule, as you would have the place to yourself a lot of times. Looking for a roommate who works full time (preferably not from home, hybrid is fine), who is considerate, respectful, and keeps the shared spaces clean and tidy.

When I’m not working, I like to relax and enjoy my home. I want the space to be calming and peaceful for everyone in it and am looking for someone who feels the same. I am very organized and keep the place clean. I enjoy watching a good TV show while cooking, listening to music while cleaning around the house, or spending time reading in the backyard. I’m pretty laid back, keep things low-key, stay out of drama, and try to maintain an active/healthy lifestyle. I hit the gym 3-4 times a week, go for long walks or bike rides throughout the neighborhood, and enjoy good conversation, live music, etc. I do not bring a lot of guests or parties into the home, and I ask that you respectfully do the same. I want to be considerate of my roommate, neighbors, and landlord (who lives directly below in the building).

Rent is payable on the first of the month. First month’s rent plus a full month security deposit required in advance. All utilities (WiFi, power, water, gas, etc.) are included in the rent. Landlord or roommate references that demonstrate your ability to cover the rent, as well as a credit check completed (small fee may apply).

Must sign a roommate agreement.

The apartment is available as early as 3/1/24. A 13-month contract is preferred, my current lease expires 4/1/2026. No smoking. No parties. No pets.
