no additional pets, no WFH, no couples please! 

Hi! I'm looking to fill the extra bedroom in my Bed Stuy apartment from 3/1/2025-11/30/2025 (9 month sublet, there is a little flexibility here so let me know if you're looking for something a little different). There are two bedrooms and a basement space that I use as a home office and living room. Your bedroom will fit a full sized bed comfortably though I have my queen sized bed in there now. The apartment is fully furnished, though the available bedroom will be unfurnished. If you have other furniture let me know, I'm trying to downsize into my next apartment and would be willing to sell some of my stuff to make room. 

There is a gym and washer/dryer in the building. We also have a lovely backyard and the neighbors are all very nice. Utilities (ConEd, National Grid, and WiFi) usually come out to $200-$300 a month per person depending on the season. The street is quiet for the most part, the backyard is often used for parties in the summer and of course there are a couple of summer block parties. The building is on the border of Clinton Hill of the G and the AC. We're close to Do or Dive, Greenberg Bagels, etc!

I'm a 30yo she/her and work in ecommerce. I work from home four days a week. I have a very sweet 50lb dog named Edie who loves people. She does shed a lot so if you have dog allergies this would not be a good fit. 

PLEASE READ: I'm a book reviewer and writer in my free time and really need a quiet, respectful living space. My ideal fit would be someone who works/travels often or is on the quiet, introverted side. I'm looking for someone who doesn't have regular visitors whether it be friends/family visiting New York or a partner staying overnight throughout the week. I, of course, will return the same courtesy! Bonus points if you would be comfortable dog sitting from time to time :) finally I'm looking for someone very clean. This is a strict shoes off house.
