The room has great natural lighting, a spacious closet, new carpet and fresh paint on the second floor of a duplex (stairs are required for entry). There is a shared bathroom with one other person. $1300/month + utilities. Available March 1st, but open to earlier move-in; lease runs through July 2025 with the possibility to renew.
The apartment has central AC/heat, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, backyard/patio, and a parking spot in the driveway. All of the common areas are furnished.
It is located just in front of a bus stop, as well as walking distance to the library, Yosemite rec center, grocery store & shopping center. Quiet walkable neighborhood with ample street parking. Great location as well, just 20 minutes from DTLA and just minutes from Highland Park, Glendale, Pasadena. (Super close to Occidental College too.)

There is a shy and sweet shorthair black cat who mostly/always stays in his room. And the second one is a friendly and loving calico shorthair who roams in the common spaces.
