The home is an artist owner occupied home used typically for airbnb STRs. There is one room available month to month for 1 to 3 months rental.
We can however do a $500/weekly rental for those buying time in transition.
The room will be furnished and bare. But besides the owner, you might be sharing with 1 or 2 Airbnb guests at times.

Last winter, I had an artist staying for 3 months who had a residency locally at the ISCPA.

There are some house rules and boundaries; one of which is limited hours kitchen use between 9am and 9:30pm. The room has its own mini-fridge.

I am a small home owner who currently turned his live-in house into my work studio for now. I used to be an artist with a gallery in Chelsea until I disappeared from the art world; I am now seeking serious new representation in the art world.
The house is a cohabitational home share. So aside from myself who has a room in the upstairs bedroom floor, you might be sharing with 1 or 2 airbnb guests depending on the booked requests. Note that if there are 2 airbnb guests upstairs, I’d sleep downstairs to alleviate the bathroom traffic.
