This is an 8 bedroom 5 bathroom brownstone in Crown Heights, a 8 minute walk to the 3/4 trains and a 10 minute walk to the A/C trains on Nostrand.

We are all in our late 20s/early 30s, and we're all in the arts.
Roommates are super chill, fun, clean and respectful, and we're looking for someone with similar vibes.
There's a backyard, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit.
All rooms have AC and we have roof access as well.
No TV but there is a communal projector.

About the room:
North facing, very bright and airy, high ceilings. It's on the second floor and you will only be sharing a bathroom with a couple who share the room next door.

Neighborhood:
I've lived here for 3 years and will be happy to recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants. We're very close to the best of bedstuy and crown heights so there's plenty to do nearby.

About This Lister

I teach at NYU and will be traveling for winter break. My roommates are great and I want to make sure I find them someone they would get along with. You certainly don't have to be in the arts but that is a plus. Being clean, communicative and respectful are the only requirements. Preference is for those who work outside of the house, but we’re flexible.
