I'm subletting my room in a 2 bed / 1 bathroom apartment in Greenpoint. Sublet is from January 4th - May 31st although flexible by a few days on move in date. Possible to renew lease after 5/31.

Pictures shown are from previous tenant except for the one with the wall-to-wall bookshelves in the living room.
Bedroom is unfurnished.
Living room comes with couch, wall-mounted tv, side table, and bookshelves as shown in the picture.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/silverware/cups/some pots & pans.

Apartment has dishwasher, wine cooler, AND washer/dryer in unit!

Steps away from the Greenpoint Ave stop on the G and sits between Manhattan Ave & Franklin Ave - within walking distances to all of the best bars & restaurants in the neighborhood.

The apartment has great light, tree line view in a prewar building. Loved living here but have to move to be closer to work.

You'd be sharing the space with 30 yo F who works in publishing, is super clean and very chill!
