Apartment is a two minute walk from the Franklin and Nostrand A/C stops, and a 10 minute walk to the Bedford Nostrand G. Great bars (Doris, Dynaco) and cafes (Calaca, Playground), as well as easy access to Herbert von King, Fort Greene, and Prospect parks.
