Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, yoga studios, outdoor spaces on Bedford, Greenpoint, and Franklin Avenues.
Near both East River ferry stops: N. Williamsburg and Greenpoint for an 8-minute commute to 34th St. Multiple buses, CitiBike around the corner. The apartment is close to action but not in the fray.
Front and rear facing bedrooms in the railroad apartment are separated by an open living space. No pets, no smoking, no parties.
