This 3 story duplex is full of plants, natural light, and good energy. There are two living rooms, a garage that can be used as a studio for dance or yoga, a rooftop, a backyard, a driveway, and laundry in unit. Your room is surrounded by trees and has a shared bathroom. There are 2 other roommates, both who keep to themselves, but are artists and really amazing people. This is a perfect space if you are looking for community, but also, you can find privacy and solitude very easily, as the space has so many different pockets.

The neighborhood is a residential area, 5 minutes from my favorite farmers market, many walkable coffee shops / great restaurants on Venice Blvd, and a 10 minute drive to the beach.

Hi! I'm a dancer and choreographer currently based in NYC. I've lived in LA my whole life, but I moved to the east coast for an immersive art show. I often feel that this space is deeply healing, anyone who has ever rented out the room has left feeling uplifted, and rested. The space is really peaceful, the ocean breeze comes through the windows / trees that surround the building.
Mostly friends and friends of friends have rented my spot, so the energetic hygiene has maintained.
I'm very easy going, not too many rules besides respecting the space and hopefully you get out of it what it gives!
