Location: Prospect/Crown Heights border. Walking distance to lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops on Vanderbilt, Washington, Franklin Aves. 20 min walk to Prospect Park. 0.3 miles to the Clinton-Washington C stop.

Apartment: This apartment is spacious and sunny with high ceilings and a separate kitchen/dining room and living room. It’s recently been remodeled and all of the appliances and rooms feel new. It’s cozy and kept clean - we’ve never had a problem with pests. Your room fits a queen bed and dresser and has a large closet with lots of vertical space for storage. Your room is not furnished, but apartment is otherwise. If you have some furniture/decorations you want to bring we can be flexible. Apartment is the top floor of a 3-story walk up.

Amenities: Central heating/air, dishwasher, microwave. There's no laundry in building and the nearest laundromat is about a 7 min walk (not ideal, but it's not that bad either).

Rent: $1450/month. Water included in rent (no gas needed). Expect to split wifi (~$40/month) and electricity (~$100-$200/month total depending on the season).

Looking for an easygoing female roommate (preferably late 20s/early 30s) who is responsible, clean, and communicative.

House rules: No smoking. Respect common space cleanliness and tidiness. I value community and enjoy having people over every so often, but prefer to keep the party away from home.

I love this apartment and enjoy cooking in it, reading in the sunroom, and hosting the occasional friend, book club, or dinner party!
