We are looking for someone (no pets or couples) to take one available bedroom that can fit up to a queen-size bed, in our gut-renovated 3-bedroom 1-bathroom BedStuy apartment.
The room is medium-size, with a window into the backyard and fire-escape access. Gets good sunlight during summer but even better light during winter, and as we are on the 3rd floor of a 3-floor walk-up, we have rooftop access.
The apartment space has hardwood floors throughout, AC and heating in all 3 bedrooms plus the living room. We have Optimum Wifi, a gas oven and 4 stove-tops, sink and a fridge/freezer.
Located near Herbert Von King Park, we are around a 15-minute walking distance of the A, C, G, and J trains, plus various bus stops.
Laundry can be done either in the basement or in the laundromat across the street.
You would be sharing the apartment with 2 other tenants:
-One in their late 20s, he/him, acting graduate, works in the restaurant industry, also teaches classes, and takes acting gigs
-The other is in their early 30s, they/she, exploring creative pursuits while seeking work in retail/service/etc.
Our schedules rarely overlap, but we are friendly and communicative with each other, and seek someone who values open communication in order to create a positive and harmonious living space. Value cleanliness in common spaces (make sure you clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom)

You would need to sign a 1-year lease prior to an April 1st 2025 move-in (lasting you until March 31st 2026).
Monthly rent is $880.47, monthly utilities (gas, ConEd, Optimum) usually average around $70.
Must be able to provide the following to management: 1 month's rent plus 1 month's security deposit, fill in the $50 online application, pass a credit check, and provide copies of ID, proof of income, and a recent bank statement.
