Looking for someone to live with me in this house! There are lots of possibilities/potentials for how the space can be used, particularly the basement which has windows, good ventilation and a 1/2 bath (darkroom??) Can discuss further! No smoking in the house.

The house is a little bit far from the train station (about 20 mins walking), good for someone who bikes a lot, has a car, or won't be bothered by the commute to the station. There is Citi bike docs around and also there are several bus lines that are very close by. I have a car and would be happy to coordinate trips to the grocery store or what have you.

I'm looking for someone who I can get along with, can communicate with, feel comfortable around, and who can respect the house/me/my kitty. Garth (my cat) is very sweet, and active. I like to keep it clean and organized (not in an oppressive way). I need someone who can take the initiative to keep up with things around the house (taking the garbage out, cleaning the bathroom every so often, etc..). Basically I'm not looking to be someones mom or maid (nor do I except that from a roommate). I'm pretty easy going and I like to host a dinner or gathering every now and then.
