Clean, friendly home looking for a new roommate.
What we're looking for:
- A female, ideally, to share a bathroom with another female
- Age - between 24 - 29
- Clean, must be clean, please be honest with yourself. If you're not cleaning shared spaces without being asked, this is not a good fit - we're not freaky about it, but we prefer to live with naturally clean people
- Someone who's not around the house all the time, we all move around/don't camp out
- No pets, outdoor occasional smoking only
The space:
- 5 bedroom home in the heart of Los Feliz
- 5 housemates, you are the 5th
- Two bedrooms downstairs (including the one advertised here), sharing a full bath.
- Three bedrooms upstairs
- Three baths total
- Full kitchen, in unit dryer, washer on property (shared with apartment unit in back-half of property)
- Big living room, and nice front yard
- Three shared parking spots
- Room is small-ish, but has a built in closet and big front facing window. Optional bed frame for purchase.

About us:

- We're chill and fun and clean and just want someone that is roughly the same. We really don't hangout too much together, but once or twice a week we do hangout

Financial requirements (no exceptions):
- Copy of drivers license, state issued photo ID, government ID card or passport
- Income verification – must be legal and verifiable (e.g., recent 2 copies of paystubs showing YTD earnings, tax returns, letter of hire, etc. if self-employed, please provide last 3 months’ bank statements and 2 years tax returns)
- Proof of present address (if present address is not on paystub or drivers’ license e.g., copy of utility bill)
- Minimum five years of rental history including contact numbers, if applies
