Room with en-suite Bath in Bright, Fully Furnished Luxury Hollywood Penthouse 3Bed/4Bath.
$675 weekly for stays under 2 months.

Renting out a bedroom in my 3 bed 4 bath penthouse in Hollywood. The unit is 1400 sqft off Hollywood and Highland. The third bedroom is an unoccupied guest room with it's own bath.

The bedroom (no shared walls with anyone):
-en-suite bathroom with a tubshower
-dresser
-closet
-clothing rack (could get rid of if you'd prefer)
-a new casper king bed
-all Restoration Hardware furniture
-smart tv

The living room:
-designer furniture
-smart tv
-fireplace
-in unit washer and dryer
-balcony with two chairs and side table
-half bath powder room

The kitchen:
-stainless steel Viking appliances
-huge Viking fridge
-brand new automatic espresso maker (Terra Kaffe)
-blender
-panini grill
-six top stove

Private roof:
-dining table for four
-sofa and two chairs
-firepit
-umbrella

The building:
Two assigned parking spots
-15 guest spots for the building
-A gym/rec room with free weights, cable machine, bike, treadmill, stairclimber, and then a huge sofa, tv, and pool table. --Pool that’s mildly heated
-Hot tub (that fits like ten and is heated year round) open until 11pm or midnight on weekends.
-Full time doorman who will sign for any packages and hand off any package pickups when you need.

I keep clean and always put dishes away, vacuum etc, but would love to split on a cleaner every 2/3 weeks. I have one who does the whole place for $150.

Happy to coordinate schedules if you'd like to plan for having guests over when I'm out. I’m mindful about smells when I cook and light sage or candles and often keep the balcony door partially open so there’s fresh air. I'm social but hardly have people over beyond a friend for coffee or bringing a date home. Would love someone who prefers to keep home more relaxing too. I try to only watch tv in the living room sparingly, and since there are tv's in each of the bedrooms, it’s easy to do that.
