Welcome Home!

Looking for our newest family member to join our trio! We have 1 unfurnished room opening up in our 3b/2b apartment in Palms (between Culver and Mar Vista) Nov 1st. Long term tenants only please. Utilities are included in the price though it fluctuates a tad based on our utility usage.

Looking to create a cozy and welcoming home in the craziness of LA. I’ve lived here for the past 2 years with my buddies, one of whom is moving out with his girlfriend Nov 1st. My other roommate will be moving out sometime in the next few months. So this will be a fresh start! I have a 1 year old goldendoodle (hypoallergenic). He is very loving and fun to be around with a lot of energy. Not a barker.

Single occupants only please (no couples) and unfortunately no room for other pets. Roommate preference of someone around my age +/- a few years with similar values and interests. If you want to keep to yourself and only hang in your room this is not the house for you 😆 You gotta be a homie to hang here.

Pros: Honestly sick location and price combo. Balcony. Beautiful wood beam ceiling. Modern interior. In unit laundry. Tandem parking. And I think I'm pretty cool too!
Cons: Not a lot of storage space.
