About This Lister

You will be renting my room so I will no be there, but a little about me:

I am a 42 year old queer woman (she/ they pronouns), working as a dancer, artist, and personal trainer between Brooklyn and the Hudson Valley. I have been the leaseholder of this apartment for over a decade.

My roommate, who will be living in the other bedroom, is a 45 year old queer theater maker, salsa dancer and social worker (she/ her pronouns). She lives in the back bedroom, at the back of the apartment. The bedroom at the front of the apartment is the one which is being rented.

We are a very queer and artist friendly household! The apartment is kept tidy and clean. We do a lot of cooking and like to have good conversations but also give each other a lot of space.

We are open to renting to people either short-term or longer term who are visiting the city for work or fun!
