Other Details:
- Apartment is right off Franklin Ave, close to the best restaurants in Brooklyn! A short walk to Washington Ave. and Vanderbilt too.
- The neighborhood is young professionals and families, very low key.
- We are a 15 min walk to the Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Public Library, and Grand Army Farmers Market.
- Key Food is right across the street, and Mr. Kale, Food Garden, and other stores within a 10 min walking distance.
- 10 min walk from the 23/45 and C, 5 min walk to the Brooklyn S.
- The apartment is south facing, gets gorgeous all-day light, and is very bright (great for growing plants).
- The street is quiet; the shuttle is nearby but you can barely hear it when it passes and you get used to the soft quick rumble in the distance.
- The only downside to the apartment is that the windows do not have screens. We still open up the windows in the warm months and it does not get very buggy, a fly here and there.

Why I am looking for a roommate:
- My dear friend and long time roommate is moving in with her boyfriend (love that for her), and I do not want to move out of our apartment! We got a great deal on it during COVID, and it’s such a nice apartment, and I do not want to lose it!

Type of roommate I am looking for:
- Someone respectful, communicative, kind, clean, and chill.
- We do not have to be best friends, but want us to get along with each other and to a certain degree enjoy each others company. If we end up being friends for life, great!
- Totally okay with you having friends over/dinner parties/partner, just request communication that it is happening.
- No smoking inside, no hard drug usage.

If you are interested in the space or have any questions, please email me and we can find some time to chat to see if you are a good fit and set up a tour!
