We have a bedroom and office available in our spacious, 3bd/2ba house in the heart of Silverlake! The house has tons of natural light, a huge kitchen, great outdoor space, and is just a short walk to Silverlake Junction.

The house has two floors. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, lounge space, and an outdoor patio. Downstairs is the available office, a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and a second bathroom. There is also a basement for extra storage space. We have an amazing front patio that is great for a sunny breakfast or a nice evening.

The office is perfect for a work from home setup, or to be used as a creative studio space! The office space would be shared with Corey who works from home, but is more than happy to have someone take the whole space if interested for a bit extra each month! The space can easily fit 2 large desks, shelving, storage cabinets, etc.

The room is available starting April 1st, but we can be flexible with dates depending on your needs. We're also open to finding someone who's looking to sign onto a year-long lease.
