Hi! Subletting my bedroom / private bathroom in a luxury 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Brooklyn Heights. I adore my building / neighborhood and am moving out into another unit in the same building to make way for my boyfriend who is moving in with me.

Rent - $3125/month (pro-rated for shorter stays). Please note that I pay $3325/month but I'm offering a concession as I'd like to confirm a subletter before my own move in October!

Amenities - Full gym, rooftop lounge, indoor lounges / workspaces, elevator, and a community of the kindest doormen that you'll ever meet!

Apartment - In-unit washer/dryer, high-end kitchen, and lots of natural lighting! Very easy to submit work orders if anything needs fixing (though I've never had to!)

Neighborhood - We live across the street from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and are a few minutes away from Brooklyn Bridge Park - think waterfront strolls, picnics, and pickleball! One of many reasons why I'll never leave this neighborhood. :-) The streets around us (mostly brownstones) are tree-lined and beautiful.

Roommate - You'd be living with my good friend and classmate from Harvard Business School. More details below!

Furnished/Unfurnished - I am happy to leave my bedroom furnished if preferred!
