We are offering a room with a large sunroof (it let's in a lot of natural light), and a big mirrored closet. It will be unfurnished, and fits a queen bed and desk. You would have your own private bathroom, with a shower downstairs.

We have a Washer/dryer in-unit, A/C throughout, and a CitiBike station right around the corner. Tompkins Park is only a 10 min walk away. The area is very vibrant with a great community. One of our favorite spots is Corto, which has great coffee and focaccia’s! There’s also Frog Bar just two blocks away.

We have a beautiful garden, and patio in the back, where we love to have dinners, and lounge in the sun!

We prioritize tranquility and mutual respect, and are looking for someone clean and responsible.

Occasional home-office is welcomed, but we aren’t looking for someone that works full-time from home.
