We are renting out a beautiful 2-family maisonette (duplex) room-by-room. We're renting out the space in 2 ways:
- a single room for $1400 a month, to a woman (my roommate, a woman, is only comfortable bringing a woman into the room).
- two rooms at $1400 and $1300 a month, to anyone. The person renting the $1300 room will take the room held by my roommate.

The $1400 room available is 8ft x 16ft , at it's widest and longest respectfully. The room is long and irregularity shaped. This room has a loft.

The $1300 is the smaller room with 2 parallel shelves.

The rooms up for rent is in a top floor (3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms) unit, with a shared bathroom, and in unit washer dryer.

We're open to leases of any length.

Apartments are immediately available.

First month’s rent and security deposit required. No brokers fee.
Good credit and stable income preferred.

- Trains: 3 train 0.4 miles away, C train 0.6 miles away, Atlantic Ave Line LIRR 0.7 miles away
